I have done a lot of comping work, and this project is one of my favourite in that category! Salla Lehmus got the request from Adult swim to make an ID for the show ‘‘Smiling friends’’. She put her signature style on the art direction, resulting in an awesome neon-glitchy project!
Perfectly Un-perfect
Comping requires an eye for details. What would this scene be without blinking stars, camera movements, lights and a bunch of other effects?
The most time for me however was spent on getting the spraypaint-effect perfectly un-perfect!
